There is a $4.00 convenience fee for each credit card transaction.

The online payments are handled by Woo Commerce, a state-of-the-art online payment option.

You will be required to enter your LOT NUMBER when you are “Checking Out”.

The 2024 Annual dues are $75.00 + $4.00 = $79.00

The 2023 Annual Dues are $75.00 + $25.00 late fee + $12.00 interest + $4.00 = $116.00
